Every piece is printed to order, just for you. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then delivery takes 4–7 business days in the US. Plan on about 1–2 weeks from order to doorstep. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Shipping policy.

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is made after you buy it, which means no overstock and less waste. It takes a few more days, and we think it's worth it.

Orders go to print quickly. Email hello@bootsoffclub.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to stop it before printing.

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or it says delivered and you can't find it, email us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right.

Most pieces are cut boxy or relaxed, with dropped shoulders. For a closer fit, size down. Every product page has a size chart in inches, so check it before you order.

Each product page lists the exact fabric blend and weight. Our tops run from 275 to 420 gsm, which is heavier than a typical tee or hoodie.

Machine wash cold on gentle, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. No bleach, and don't iron over the print. Washed fabrics vary slightly in tone from piece to piece; that's part of the look.

Because every piece is made just for you, we can't accept returns for size or a change of mind, so please check the size chart first. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible. Refund policy.
